This compression sleeve runs a bit large. I was close to the upper range of the Small measurements so I got a Medium. I could have gotten the Small and been happy with the fit. No complaints. It works well so I’m satisfied. It is comfortable. This comes as a pair. It is well made, not bulky. It is easy to put on and take off. It provides adequate support for a sprained knee. It holds heat for soothing relief but is breathable so you don’t sweat underneath. The silicon grip at the top works very well. It keeps the sleeve in place. It doesn’t ride up or bunch up behind the knee.

Exactly as advertised….after measuring my thigh and using their chart, I ordered their recommended size. Came with two sleeves, which is nice since only my left knee is an issue (I have spare when washing one). Fits snugly but not constricting. Can play pickleball, walk, bike, etc., with it on and provides my knee stability it needs. Seems to be made of very high quality materials too so will last. Definitely would buy again.

These work better than I expected. I play pickleball, and started having knee pain with the slightest twist of the knee, which would pull me out of the game for a few days until it calmed down. I wore one yesterday for the first time, and it gave me enough stability to be able to play right through, no problems! They fit well, stay in place, and give moderate support and stability. These are a godsend. I have arthritis in both knees and these have enough bracing to make it viable to work out doing things like tire flipping, sled pushes, leg presses, and even have enough support for kicking a heavy bag and they do it all without being constricting or generally uncomfortable. Easy to wear, effective, and durable. As an added bonus, they stay in place, which is really amazing.
