Blast Portable Blender – Powerful, Cordless & Travel-Ready Smoothie Maker

I got this Ninja Blast Portable Blender as a replacement for a similar product from another brand, and so far, it feels like an upgrade in both quality and performance. It’s compact, well-designed, and works surprisingly well for its size. This is not meant to replace a full-sized blender. It’s perfect for someone like me who is a busy parent to small kids and needs quick shakes and smoothies when I’m short on time or on the go. It handles frozen fruits and smaller ice pieces comfortably, which is impressive for a portable model. I also love how easy it is to clean. The dishwasher-safe parts make post-blend cleanup quick and simple, and the leakproof lid with a sip spout is perfect for blending and drinking from the same container. The only small drawback is the battery life, which feels a bit shorter than expected. However, since it charges conveniently via USB-C, it’s easy to keep powered up. The price is slightly above market average, but considering it’s from Shark (a brand I already trust and own other products from), I’m confident it will last.

I'm always on travel , so I loved that amazing power with this little thing that exceeded my expectation, so easy to use, just press power , then press start , it blind for 30 second auto-stop , very handy for me and I carry on my bike tours not heavy ... i love it :) ... I am a nurse and mother to small children currently. My husband and I feel we are always on the go and we find it difficult to eat breakfast and we really want to start eating healthier. In the morning before going to work we make our self protein smoothies. The blender works great and blends all the fruit and protein powder great. The seal is good and it’s very easy to use. The only major issue for me is that the blender part stays on and it makes it a little heavy to transport. But other than that I think it’s a great product for anyone but especially those on the go! We loved it so much we actually got one for our 3 yr old daughter so that she can also have her own smoothies.

I bought three Ninja portable blenders in different colors for my family, and they’re absolutely spectacular. Each one blends smoothly, whether it’s smoothies, protein shakes, or iced drinks, and the battery lasts surprisingly long. They’re super easy to clean, charge quickly, and the compact design makes them perfect for home or on the go. Honestly, it’s one of those gadgets that everyone in the house ends up loving — powerful, stylish, and super convenient.

Where have these been all my life??? I tried the Bend Jet and it got the job done but it broke down after so many uses. These are so much better. First, I love the cover over the charging port. Blend Jet doesn't have one, and as hard as I tried to keep water out, it just kept getting in there. Now it won't charge anymore. Second, I love the flip top making it easy to drink straight from the container. Blend Jet certainly doesn't have that. Lastly, the motor just sounds better. The Blend Jet sounds like a higher pitched blend and I think it was louder. Bottom line: way better than the Blend Jet.

This is a quality item that I just do not like. It didn't come with a bottom cap, so I have to pour the contents into another glass to drink it. It's not a "push and play" button arrangement. Instead it has colors that light the indicator to tell you more things than you want to recall when using what should be a simple blender. And, last and most importantly for me, it wouldn't power through frozen banana slices, rendering it useless for me. If you want a very nice mixer of things, here's your blender. No idea about noise--I never got that far into a blend to note it. Four stars for looking good, as if a quality thing, with a nice, tidy profile.

I was so happy with this blender when I first got it to replace my generic made in Germany personal blender that was growing mold under the seals and didn’t blend very well. Well, I’m not happy anymore. Every time I have gone to use my Ninja, it has needed to be charged. I literally charged it yesterday with my smoothie in it, got it to full battery capacity, ran it once to blend my smoothie, and a second time to clean it. Now it’s dead this morning and charging with yet another smoothie in it. I just want a reliable personal blender. Is that so much to ask? Update from a few days later: I charged it TWICE this morning because I knew I’d be using it tonight. IT’S DEAD! After two charges and not being used, it’s dead! And it’s not like I used this thing to death when I first got it either. I have used this blender maybe 9 times since I got it. I’m beyond disappointed. Ninja used to be a good brand. ***UPDATE TO THE UPDATE*** I registered my blender with Ninja after all of this nonsense, and then I reached out to support. I sent them videos of the issue and they gave me a case number and a phone number to call. I didn’t have to prove anything to them, they just told me they would have to send out a replacement and that I didn’t have to send mine back. I know that shopping for personal blenders is a NIGHTMARE AND A HALF, because they either don’t chop, don’t hold a charge, burn your house down, etc. If you’re going to take the risk to get one anyway, just go with this one. When it works, it pulverizes everything you put in it. When it doesn’t work, Ninja stands by their products and takes care of the issue. I’m updating my review to 3 stars, but if my replacement blender works, it’ll be 5 stars. Oh, and by the way, the customer service dude was really pleasant and spoke English. I was never transferred to India or anything like that. ******Hopefully Final Update****** So, I got my replacement blender from Ninja, and I love it! I use it about every other day, and I have only had to charge it four times now. It works wonderfully, but the only thing it sometimes struggles with is whole frozen strawberries. Don’t get me wrong, it can pulverize them. It just may take more than one blend cycle, which is fine when you have a blender that actually works, unlike the one I got from Amazon. I can finally wholeheartedly recommend this blender.
