Triena X-Back Folding Counter Stool – Stylish and Space-Saving Seating Solution

Downsized house and kitchen. Bought a long, narrow table that was higher than normal to fit mostly just two people. The benches that came with the table weren’t what we were looking for but wanted something that was adaptable and relatively inexpensive. These chairs meet all our requirements – more than reasonably comfortable, match the table height perfectly, and were very reasonably priced. Even though they’re meant to fold up and store away, they are very stable – no wobble noticed at all. As with any tall chair, there’s the tendency to place your feet on the front crossbar, and although I could see kids using them as climbing aids and break them, I do find them fine for the purpose of resting my feet, but I wouldn’t stomp on anything like that, regardless of price or quality. Finding them fine for everyday use, and although I’ve thought about buying another set, I think having company sitting on the lower benches is good for my ego! But I wouldn’t have reservations about buying them again. 4/12/25: Bought another set to round out the table set and put the old benches to other purposes. The original two have held up great – everything holding together well. I like the fact that we can fold them up flat if needed and placed between the table and wall. They are constantly getting shuffled around and frequently have my jackets draped across the backs, but all are as sturdy as day I purchased the original two.

I had some doubts about how this would work as my family members [men] are big and tall and some of the older friends I have don’t feel comfortable on bar stools but this is a great design. Big enough for 6’3″ son to sit on it comfortably and padded seat and deep enough for older person to sit comfortably. Sturdy, well made, easy to unfold. Arrived well packaged and super easy to unfold and set up. I like the dark wood look also as matches my existing decor. Doesn’t look like an “extra” at all.

I love these chairs! I belong to a family whose adult members are 6’ and above. (I’m 5’3) Anyway, we received a counter height dining table that came with 4 chairs. I bought 2 of these folding chairs for when company is coming. They are well made; very sturdy and they look classy. They came assembled and delivered in perfect condition. They fold up easily and I have them stored in the corner when not in use.

Loved the first one so much I bought a second one. So pleased with this chair and the construction is outstanding. I purchased a mid size table last year but never really found the right bar stool to go with it. These are more like a real chair. Fits perfectly.
