My old blender died. I always hated how big it. It took up a lot of space on my counter. I couldn’t use it often because it was so cumbersome to clean. This blender intrigued me because of the to go cups. I sometimes miss meals because I just don’t have time to cook. I have bought those shake mixes but they are boring after a while just mixing with milk or water. With this blender I can throw in some fresh or frozen fruit, blend a shake in 20 seconds, and walk out the door to work. Switching from one to the other is very easy, and clean up is a breeze. This blender has a nice size main canister, but it does not take up the entire counter. I also love that it is lightweight – no heavy glass jar. Another daily use item for me.

This is a small blender that has more power than expected. Makes great shakes and smoothies in dedicated jars, and still has a traditional blender bowl for mayo or other drinks. Great buy. Would make a thoughtful graduation gift for taking to college or for apartment warming. Washes up well with quick rinse dishwasher cycle or a short soak in the sink. Parts all make sense.

I’ve purchased this in March 2017 and this still runs like it was running on first day. It does it’s job very well within the power output it can deliver. I would like Hamilton Beach to sell Jar separately. After 6 years, the rubber gasket which is around the jar blades have worn out and turned out to break down as powder and is mixing with food.

Works as described. Like being able to mix smoothis in a to go cup. Made fruit powder with the grinder, did awesome. Easy clean up. Takes every little space on counter.
