Wow! This is a great addition to the kitchen. We have used it for baking turkey and ham a number of times. It is well made and has a great weight. I use parchment paper in the bottom of the roaster, and it helps with the clean-up.

I chose Tramotina as I had purchased a large pot years ago. I knew the quality of the product. Plus, the price was in the range I wanted to spend. Tramontina has not let me down. The roasting pan is heavy stainless steel, yet easy to lift. Well made and I highly recommend.

This is the perfect size pan for everyday meals. I will never cook my chicken in any other pan! After removing the chicken I made gravy right in the pan. It cleaned up beautifully as well. I am impressed. It handles like a top shelf pan. Do not hesitate to buy this!

I like this pan for the money. It’s not as heavy as some of the more expensive brands, specifically one that starts with an “A”, but it will definitely do the job. The size is perfect for extra large roasts or even two pork shoulder roasts when we make kahlua pork. The two racks are very sturdy and are wonderful additions to the pan. One customer added that it isn’t great for stovetop gravy but I make mine in a saucepan so no worries there for me. However, It did come with a small dent in the lip under one of the handles. It’s hardly noticeable and I doubt it will affect the wear as there isn’t a seam there, but it’s still a dent. I would have returned it if it was a gift for someone else. Tramontina really should do a little better quality control. Still, a great pan for the money and I am sure it will last for years to come.

Love this pan for big roasts with lots of potatoes, lots of chicken pieces, or the turkey that’ll be cooked in it Thanksgiving. I already had the smaller version of this and loved it, but wanted a bigger one. This is the only brand that says right on the each pan that it’s made of 18/10 stainless steel. Although much lower in price with comparable sized ones from the other big brands (AllClad, Cuisinart, etc.), this brand is MUCH better quality is made of this grade of stainless, which is the best grade for residential use in terms of not rusting.

I am delighted with the TramontinaI stainless steel roaster. I bought this pan so I could roast a large turkey for Christmas dinner. I ended up putting in 2 twelve lb. birds sidewise. The Tramontina pan is large, heavy and solidly built. I wanted stainless steel racks (not teflon ones) to roast meat. Both racks are strong and easy to clean. The pan is well balanced and the handles are positioned just right to securely lift over 20 lbs. of turkey out of the oven. I also wanted a large pan to roast vegetables. This pan is heavy on the bottom and distributes the heat beautifully so all the vegetables roasted perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic product! This pan and rack are sturdy and can easily hold heavy poultry or pieces of meat. The finish is quite attractive, but still cleans up easily. I love that the handles do not stick straight out taking up precious oven space, but instead rise above the pan, still giving ample finger room to prevent getting burned easily. The handles are very well installed and help provide the overall sense of good quality. I highly recommend.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves to cook and often wants to try recipes that call for a roasting pan. He is thrilled with it. To be honest it's not something either of us need to use that often but when you need a roasting pan this one fits the bill perfectly. I like that the handles are straight up and down rather than flared like some other roasting pans. The lift out rack and the other bottom rack are sturdy and well made. I recently roasted a whole chicken and had room to put all of the vegetables in the bottom of the roaster--onions, carrots, potatoes and fennel. I am always happy when I can cook a one-pot meal and I plan to find other recipes to utilize this pan. As for the reviewer whose pan warped when he put it on the stove top--I did not have any problem when I did the same thing.
