No, you can checkout as a guest using your email and necessary details. Ensure your contact information is accurate, as we’ll send order updates via email.

Absolutely! Creating your account is completely free, with no extra charges.
You can track your order online by entering your order number or tracking number, or by logging into your SeasonsCamping account. We'll also send email updates if there are any changes to your order status.
Most items can be returned within 30 days, but some exceptions apply. If you purchased from seasonscamping.com, you can initiate a return online through your Order History before shipping it back. Click here to learn more about our easy return process.
Note: Certain items, such as outdoor power equipment, major appliances, and holiday products, have shorter return windows and additional restrictions. Please check our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.

Currently, we only accept USD. Please check the exchange rate before completing your purchase.
Yes, your payment is processed right away. Initially, it may appear as an authorization on your account before being finalized as a debit on your statement.
There are several possible reasons why your transaction may not go through. Please review the following and contact your credit card issuer or bank for further assistance:
- Ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
- Verify that your credit or debit card has not expired.
- Your card issuer or bank may have set a daily spending limit for a single vendor. If so, try again the next day or contact your bank.
- A temporary technical issue may be affecting your card. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try using a different card.
- Your bank may have declined the transaction. Reach out to them for clarification.
If your payment status is "Pending," it means the amount is temporarily held by your bank, and your order has not been processed yet. This could be a pre-authorization, which should be released back to your account within a few days. To expedite the process, we suggest contacting your bank.
