These lights looked beautiful once set up along the patio. The colors switch smoothly between warm white and multicolor modes, giving a festive look for different occasions. The wire feels sturdy and flexible enough to wrap around railings or small trees without tangling. They held up well through light rain and a few windy nights. The brightness is just right—bright enough to stand out without being harsh. Overall, these lights bring a nice glow to outdoor spaces and are easy to install for quick decorating.

I put out a light show of over 50,000 lights each year and I keep expanding it. I have four 12ft tall mega trees that I built my self and they can be very involved to setup and take down. I decided to give this tree a try so I do not have to get up and down on the ladder. What I found was that if you let all the strand just drop to the ground you will spend a lot of time untangling the strands. Then I had to adjust the length of many strands by changing the light bulb that the stakes hold on to, just so that they would reach the ground. This led to almost the same amount of time setting up this tree, however I was able to do it all without a ladder. To set the main pole they give you a spike that gets driven into the ground and then you snap each pole section together. Driving the stake was a little difficult because you do not want to hammer on the pole itself. I did my best to hammer on the base plate, but that wasn't always the easiest and I struggled to keep it straight up and down. After getting the base set the rest of the poles snapped into place, though some were fairly tight and I had to really wiggle them together. The stakes that each strand of lights is attached to is only about 4 inches long and I had trouble with some of them staying in the ground. Because these stakes are so short if you have loose soil I would be very concerned about the wind pulling the stakes out of the ground. My soil is kind of in the middle so I was able to get the stakes to go in with only moderate effort, but if you needed a hammer due to compacted soil or frozen soil the stakes will not take it. Or you at least take a chance of damaging the light strands. Finally we get to the lights, I am not a huge fan of these micro dot style lights that are basically soldered onto the wires and a heat shrink put around them. This style of light also tends to be run with a DC inverter and so the wire does not need to be very thick. Well given that this tree is dependent on the strength of the wire to hold everything up, I am very concerned these wires will break. So far the tree has weathered about 2 weeks worth of wind and rain with no problems, but we will see if it lasts through the test of time. Overall the tree is a great add to my light show, however setup could be improved, and I hope the strands of lights will last.

I wanted a big, standout decoration for my yard this Christmas and this outdoor light tree was just the thing. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and colorful with a bright glow. I was attracted by the listed height. I am mostly impressed with how well made this ‘Christmas Decorations Christmas Tree Lights 10Ft Outdoor Star Lights Decor Waterproof Warm White & Multicolor’ is. The support pole is all steel…not flimsy aluminum…and it’s a good grade of steel at that. I know it will have no problem supporting the height of this tree. The base is thick and solid as well. I really like the design and construction of the star ornament on top of the tree. It’s quite thick and sturdy. The integrated ‘spinner’ is a nice touch. The light stands on this tree seem somewhat thicker than on other string light sets. The LED bulbs are firmly attached to the. I just hope being so long, the strands hold up. I also like that this ‘Christmas Decorations Christmas Tree Lights 10Ft Outdoor Star Lights Decor Waterproof Warm White & Multicolor’ has a couple of control options available to you. The inline control switch can sometimes be hard to access, so the included remote is nice to have. And it’s pretty straightforward to use and responsive. When lit, the lights on this tree are vivid and bright as you can see in the pictures. I wanted to assemble the tree in our front yard, but my wife put the kabash to that notion. I add more pictures when it gets closer to Christmas. There are a couple of issues, though, I have with this ‘Christmas Decorations Christmas Tree Lights 10Ft Outdoor Star Lights Decor Waterproof Warm White & Multicolor’. Firstly ground stakes attached to the ends of the light strings and short and thin…in other words, cheap. There’s no way these stakes will stay stuck in ground especially if the ground freezes. They need to be longer, thicker, and made of metal. And secondly, this tree has no form…you’re left on your own to arrange the light strands to look like a tree. There should be some kind of guide rings on it to keep the shape especially at this price point. In summary, I will probably use this ‘Christmas Decorations Christmas Tree Lights 10Ft Outdoor Star Lights Decor Waterproof Warm White & Multicolor’ in our front yard this holiday season IF I can get it yo look like the tree in the picture. It’s mostly well made and bright and colorful. It just needs something to help you shape it.

Great quality lighting at a reasonable price. The brightness is adjustable, and the colors look stunning at night. Highly recommend for parties and holidays
