Got these based on the YouTube review from Project Farm and because we discovered that HexClad is not so non-stick as they claim and way too heavy. Got the Diamond Pro since it had the nice full handles and could be put in the oven. Only giving 4-stars since the 11.5" large pan's cooking surface on our first shipment was marred. We thought it was some glue that could be washed off, but it was not. We returned it and took a chance on ordering again. Second shipment - no issues on cosmetic. After using these for a week, we are very pleased with these pans. The surface is very so no pooling or significant slanting from to the sides of the pan. Heat distribution across the pans is great. Cleaning is a breeze with the non-stick surface. As for weight, these are half the weight of HexClad which my wife especially appreciates. Cooked a fried egg on it with no butter / oil, and the egg stuck to the spatula and not the pan. As Project Farm says, "Very Impressive!" We're thinking about buying other pots / pans. Also, only minus is that this set did not come with lids, so we rely on lids we already have and the 11.5" pan is the only one that we don't have a lid for since the previous lids we have are for 12" pans. Other than that, pleased with these pans.

So far so good. A YT product tester assessed a bunch of non-stick. Granitestone did well in many areas, heat distro, non-stick, coating scratch resistance. I had to replace some older A-clad that the coating had done its job for our family of five. Giving these a try. Affordable and good son far, but only 4 mos into them.

My wife is always ruining our pans. She burns food on them that won't come off and also abuses the nonstick coating. After about a year, the pans are usually unusable. So far, she hasn't been able to burn food enough to get it to stick to the pan. The nonstick coating still looks like new. My only complaint about Granitestone is that they don't have a full set of pans in any one style. I would like frying pans that have a lid. I would also like to get some pots with lids. They have different sets of pots and pans, but they don't have a set that fit my needs and they use different nonstick coatings.

These pans have exceeded my expectations. The pans are heavy duty and non stick. The handles stay cool while cooking. I previously purchased a Granitestone cookware set and was so impressed with how they performed and the ease of clean up I decided do try the Pro cookware set of pans. These pans are superior to the original pans and the originals ended up in the camper. Much heavier duty with better handles with the same great non stick coating. I have bought some very expensive pans from Pampered Chef, SS with the nonstick hexagonal finish, and it is a awesome pan. It is also cost me 180.00 dollars. These pans cost only one third the price and work just as good. No doubt the PC pans will last longer but you can't beat the price and value of Granitestone. One thing to remember is you cannot use scotchbrite pads, or any abrasive pads not only on these pans or any nonstick pan for that matter. Running water cleans most of everything out of the pan. Nor can you use any nonstick sprays. The sprays leave a sticky residue that will that eventually lead to a unusable pan. I use a high smoke point oil like peanut or vegetable in a special hand oil sprayer. You can use one of the pump up sprayers but I found the hand sprayer is easier to use with no overspray. Ok now I have to debunk other reviewers claim that the pans are not non stick or their pans scorched while cooking. I really don't know how peoples perception of what non stick means is formed. If you cook food in a pan some will end up on the sides or bottom and WILL adhere to the pan. It will happen in all pans. How the pan cleans up is where the "non stick meets the pan" to coin a phrase! You can of course use a large amount of oil but that is not why you bought these pans. You can use a small amount of oil, which improves the cooking and flavor of your food. Why do you think when you try to make something at home that you had in a restaurant it never tastes as good. These pans are way better than Copper Chef or any of the pans that have a smooth finish. I did not think that would be the case.
