I love this pan - it is a nice weight, well made and beautiful. The teal color is gorgeous. The lid handle gets hot, but that's normal. You know how some new kitchen things just make you happy to have? This is one of those. I am enjoying having and using it.

Very solid piece of cookware, the lid fits perfect. The nonstick surface seems to last pretty well. We don’t use this pot for boiling pasta or water or anything, so I expect the nonstick surface to last as it has so far. Great size, not too big but big enough to fit all the meat from a chicken in.

I have owned and used Anolon frying pans for more than 20 years and have been completely satisfied. That being said, this is a very nice pan, it cooks everything great, with one exception .... Eggs! I have been cooking eggs more years than I care to remember, and they cooked fine in my old Anolon pans, so I know its not me. I purchased 2 pans, a 10" and a 8.25" and both pans cook, or I should say don't cook eggs the way my older Anolon pans do. I still have two 12" Anolon pans that are the same as the two smaller ones I had to replace, and I have no issues using either of them to cook eggs. I have used both medium heat and low heat as the new pans say to use. I like my eggs over easy so the whites are cooked completely and the yolks are runny. With these pans, the yolks have come out overcooked each time I have used them for eggs. As I said previously, I have resorted to using my older 12" Anolon pans to cook my eggs, which is kinda ridiculous, but thats the only way I can get my eggs cooked the way I like them. Other than that, as I also said in the beginning, the pan is good, but NOT 5 star good.

I recently purchased the Anolon Achieve Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware, and I am thoroughly impressed. The cookware heats evenly and the nonstick surface works perfectly, making it easy to cook and clean up afterward. I’ve used it for frying, sautéing, and even simmering sauces, and it’s held up wonderfully without any sticking or burning. The hard anodized construction makes it durable and resistant to scratches, so I feel confident using metal utensils. The handles are sturdy, heat-resistant, and comfortable to hold, which adds to the overall quality. Overall, the Anolon Achieve set offers great performance, durability, and ease of use. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their cookware! Pros: Excellent nonstick surface for easy cooking and cleaning Durable hard anodized construction Even heat distribution Comfortable, heat-resistant handles Cons: None so far
