Good quality looks exactly like the picture It did not come with extra screws and I had a couple screws strip so I had to go to the hardware store to buy some more. Easy to assemble

This toy box is nice looking and has the safety hinges so fingers don’t get smashed. I just wish they sold it with a cushion to use as a bench or at least sold it as an add on. That would make this even better!

Aside from the packaging still being cleaned up almost a month later... I do like this box. So the grey doesn't match my Delta Children's grey items, so I would probably just have bought a white box if I had a do over but the open box price was very nice I do wish it had a spot for books but do like this box so I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. 5 stars if the grey matched the Delta Children's crib and dresser I had already purchased. I like this box because of the price I paid being an open box, there was a slight ding to a corner but nothing that will be a real issue. Plus it's a kids toy box, I anticipate this box being used and abused. The hinges were the only hard thing to really attach to assemble the box went together pretty fast. My real complaint would be the fact the grey does NOT match my Delta Children's grey crib and dresser. I should have gone with another toy box I only bought this because after asking a question it was supposed to match but they are different color grey. Durable box, and has a nice bench seat for my little one once he grows up more. However I would have paid the extra $20 to have a matching grey, or just gone with a white box. Obviously not worth trying to disassemble and return now, maybe if I had 6 months before the baby was born I would have. I am glad that I found this for a reduced price being an open box, very minor damage, but the styrofoam packaging was a nightmare, and I am still cleaning up "snowflakes" from it.

This is great! So much quality for the price! To me it looks like the same dark brown color, but better! In person it has a glossier look. To me the picture makes the color look flat. It is gorgeous though. Just what I wanted. Quick and easy to put together. Not sure why all the negativity about the hardware. My mom is a carpenter, and although I am not a very handy person; I have been around all kinds of hardware while she put things together and this hardware looked normal and of good quality to me! Mine was delivered in almost perfect condition. There was a small white nick on top right side piece, but not a big deal. I took a black permanent marker to it and problem fixed, not noticeable at all! Our 3 year old loves to sit on it and has figured out how to open and close it. I love that it looks like a piece of furniture in the living room and that it won't close on him. It has to be pushed down to close. So in love, never thought I could afford something like this!
