This bench is perfect, great price and it's very sturdy. Holds plenty of shoes, roughly 3 pairs per row, 4 if small children or small shoes. Very sturdy both myself and my boyfriend sit on it to put on our shoes without issue. Putting it together is fairly simple, may be easier to have 2 people at one point to hold the other end of the rack as you tighten one end, but doesn't take longer than 20 minutes or so all in all. Great purchase!

It holds eight pairs of my shoes, including tennis, side by side. It alleviates me standing to remove or put shoes on before leaving or returning home. The bench is padded and comfortable. If you want a more light weight product that stores 6 pair of shoes, this is great. It is important to know that the metal shelving is made from HOLLOW tubing that is a thin gage. It is sufficient for its purpose but definitely on the light side of production [helps to keep the cost down]. The look of the grey linen-like top is nice enough. All over a good value for the money.
