I love the depth of this pan! This pan is a replacement for my last 14 fry pan. I loved the last one (different pan completely) but it did not have a lid and it was shallow like an egg frying pan. I didn’t realize how important those 2 things were until I used this pan. Having used it 3-4 times now, I am hooked. It’s a nice, sturdy, durable, and very well made pan. The lid is actually a quality lid as well. I’ve had no problem with sticking and I feel like heat distribution is actually better than my last pan. Highly recommend!!!

These are the BEST pans I have ever owned. It's been 6 months- i ordered this one to go with a set i ordered directly from the manufacturer. These have not chipped, clean up easily and cook evenly. They are heavy- but not too heavy. I do hand wash them- as I have always hand washed my pans- but I have never had any that have been this durable.

This is a great pan. It's my only non-cast iron pan so my teenager gravitates towards it because she's scared of having to clean cast iron. From grilled cheese to eggs to carmelizing onions, it gets a lot of use and there are zero stains on it. Absolutely no issues with sticking. We throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking good as new. Highly recommend.

This fry pan is lightweight for those not wanting a heavy cast iron style pan. It has a cream coating that makes it very easy to clean. Both the outside and inside appear to be coated in the same material. There was no staining on the off-white pan these couple of times I have used it. No scrubbing or heavy duty cleaning as it wipes out easily and has an aluminum bottom for even heating. Using nylon or wooden utensils to prevent scratching of the coating. The glass lid provides easy viewing of the state of cooking and is domed-shaped for juices to run back down into the skillet for self-basting action. Great buy.
