My toddler has some pretty significant delays due to poor muscle tone from Down Syndrome. Specifically, he hasn't been able to walk or stand unassisted just yet (pull to stand, cruise, assisted walking he can do). I've bought various play tables from all the big brands but this is the first one that is truly grow with me, from sitting to standing. It's also the first one I've seen convert into an actual easel. The reason I bought this one specifically is for the easel. While yes, my child isn't standing alone, the easel is low enough for him to sit and be able to use it comfortably. There's only thing I would change. The easel can't be used in the actual sitting position like the activity side can be used. If you flip it over the easel is upside down. I wasn't surprised as the pictures don't include the easel in the sitting position. But I do think this product would be more functional and inclusive if the easel could be used in the actual sitting position like a big table top easel. Even with typically developing children, there's quite a bit of time between the sit and play stage and stand and draw stage. Why not include a sit and paint stage? It would've paired wonderfully with their color wonder products.

I tried out this activity table and easel for my child and it's been a great addition to our play space. My son's ability to stand and support himself while exploring is what drew me in. His motor skills and balance are greatly enhanced when he leans on it, presses buttons, spins wheels, and engages with its many functions. It is colorful and I found the price to be fair. It does a decent job of capturing his interest for extended periods of time that are significant, but it doesn't keep him interested all day. That is of course common with any toy. A considerate touch is the convertible design. As he develops, the table may be used as a busy board, play table, or painting easel with ease, providing a variety of play options. Although I haven't used the easel side much yet, the toy's existence indicates that it will last longer than many toys. The language selections are a nice addition, and the assortment of buttons, lights, and noises provides an interactive aspect that appears to pique attention. Even when he leans on it, the structure seems solid and stable. Little ones can stand easily at this size, and the assembly was simple and didn't cause any problems. All things considered, it's a a decent choice for active play and early learning. I like how it promotes standing, self-directed play, and creativity, plus it's practical to have a toy that can grow with him. For parents searching for a small, multipurpose activity station that may keep young children occupied for brief but worthwhile periods of time, I would suggest it.

This is a great toy, like most by Fisher Price. My ten month old and three year old both find it fascinating, though it seems more geared towards the ten month old. It was easy to set up in a few minutes; I appreciated that the legs had different ends so I couldn't get them confused. It's sturdy---my three year old sat on it and it didn't bend. My ten month old accidentally pushed it when using it as a standing prop, but it's pretty stationary on carpet (as compared to hardwood). It's easy to transition from the easel to the busy board and back. The easel wipes clean and holds a paper well. It's a nice toy. My only disappointment was in the sounds it makes. Usually this brand does a great job with all three levels of interaction, but I feel like Level 3 missed the mark. Level 2 has songs and fun color and shape connections, but Level 3 just has the sound of paint sploshing. It says that Level 3 is for creating, but there is no way to actually create on that side; the easel is on the other side. My preschooler loves music, so I would have loved to have more songs and facts at his level (like how colors combine or something). I debated taking a star away because of it, but the toy is great overall, and the first two sound levels are fine, so I'll leave it at 5 stars.

This activity table has been a big hit in our house! I got it for my one-year-old and she’s already obsessed with all the lights, sounds, and buttons. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel like a one-stage toy. There’s so much variety that she’ll be able to keep using it as she grows. Setup was super easy. It comes in a few pieces but nothing complicated, you just screw the legs together, attach them to the main piece, and pop in some batteries. I had it up and running in a few minutes. The battery life has been good so far even with daily use, and I love that you can choose the language setting, which is a thoughtful touch for a toy like this. It’s sturdy and feels secure even when she leans on it or gets a little too excited pressing the buttons. The legs lock in tightly, so I don’t worry about them loosening over time. Everything is bright and colorful without being an eyesore, and the sound levels are surprisingly reasonable compared to other toys we have. She loves the little book and microphone the most right now, but there’s enough going on that she keeps discovering new things every day. The art easel on the back is such a smart addition. We haven’t used it much yet since she’s still little, but I like that the toy can “age up” with her instead of just getting tossed aside in a few months. It even includes clips for paper and a shelf for supplies, which feels more thoughtful than I expected. Overall, I think it’s well-made, fun, and educational with real staying power. Definitely one of the better toddler toys we’ve picked up, and one I can see lasting for years!
