After purchasing I read reviews that said they weren’t stable, so I purchased 2 similar saddleback stools. I received both on the same day- easy to put together (took a little time, I’m over 70) and both sets were fabulous! This set would be great if you have limited space! For the price you can’t go wrong!

Overall, these stools are decent. However some simple improvements would significantly increase the quality. Assembly: I had multiple stools in one order. It was very difficult to line up the screws to the holes. I almost had to return the stools, but luckily got everything to fit properly. I believe the pieces are pre-aligned per stool, so you cannot mismatch pieces between stools. Sturdiness: The chairs are reasonably sturdy. However, if you're on the heavy side they will very easily wobble. The reason is that the cross members are not designed to bear lateral loads. The support struts should be an "X" shape rather than horizontal bars. Also, some of the legs are not equal lengths, so there's a bit of wobble. Overall great for light usage (pun intended). Some additional quality control measures can be taken to ensure a much better product.
