I purchased two strands of these lights to decorate the trees outside my house for Christmas. I was interested in these lights because of the number of LED lights on each strand and the ability to change the color and mode from solid, blinking and color changing. They are exactly what I was looking for and work great. I did however have an issue and had to contact their product support and my concern was immediately addressed and taken care of. There was no delay in communication which was very refreshing. I rarely leave product reviews but in this case with the superior customer support and great product I felt it is deserved. Well done Ollny! I can’t wait to put the lights out again next year.

I like that these lights have so many options with white or colored lights and also has a dimming effect. My only shortfall with these would be that there’s no “breathing” effect for the white lights which would be what I would use it for most. I don’t want flashing strobe lights but would really have appreciated a slow “breathing” of the white lights to make my tree shimmer. UPDATE: My lights stopped working after 2 months of storing them. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. Very happy with the company and their one year warranty, the new lights work great. They are such a beautiful product, I really prefer these over the traditional tree light bulbs that are more pointy, these feel more magical.

Update 1/21/24: The seller reached out and explained the length issue was due to changing the light spacing. It's still same number of lights, but they're a little closer together, so the new strand isn't as long as my old one. They also sent me a replacement control unit. Interestingly this one was the old boxy style like my old set had. The new controller looked sort of like a white doorbell button. Anyways, I swapped out the control unit and now the set is working as expected. The timer function is working perfectly again! Still disappointing it kinda messed up my holiday lighting this last year, but at least the seller corrected the issue. I should have reached out earlier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first set lasted 2 years, no problems. Wrapped almost all the way around the house. Timer function was amazing, like clockwork. Left it on December thru February to help light the dark months a bit. Ordered the exact same set this last fall. Got them up a week before Christmas. First thing I notice is that the string ended at least 60 ft short, basically not going across the back of my house at all. Then within a few days, I realize the timer is not working. The light stays on red or green depending what timer you started, but the lights do not follow the correct 6/18 or 8/16 hour interval. I set it at 5:30pm, next evening they are not on. I mess with this over and over for two weeks. Having to manually turn them on for the couple days we had family during the holidays, which totally defeats the purpose of having this set. Without a reliable timer, they were not worth putting up. That's the whole reason I bought a second set.
