Preferred Nonstick Pan – Durable Everyday Frying Pan for Easy Cooking and Quick Cleanup

Needed to replace my favorite Calphalon saucier - nonstick coating was scratched up. First impressions: new pan is lovely, with ceramic coating on inside (hopefully fewer toxic chemicals), large but not too heavy, comes with steamer, lid and spatula. Getting a fitted steamer is great, but pan has pour spouts, so i suspect steam will escape. Spatula rest on the lid is a useless gimmick - 1) very hard to balance spatula on the knob (it's unstable and teeters); 2) it gets hot (metal handle!!) 3) why would you rest a dripping spatula on your lid? get a spoon rest. nice pan, but docking a star for the silly spatula knob.

This pot is truly AMAZING and worth every penny! My husband and I have used it mainly for steaming veggies, however it does have several other uses: steam, poach, strain, sauté, sear, fry, boil simmer, sauce, braise, declare, brown, bake, and roast! One high quality pan that does it all!!! Highly recommend!!! Nate &Carmen

Great pan/pot and feels very high quality. Good size and shape to be a main pot/pan. Like the pour spouts on the side that make it easy to transfer or drain. But it is a little on the heavy side. Wife needs to use both hands to lift and tilt it. Got it for a great price.

I absolutely LOVE this pan. It is the perfect everg day, multi purpose pan. And the cleanup is a breeze. Not to mention its gorgeous. You can't go wrong with this one. Perfect for yourself, affordable enough for the perfect gift.

I’m in love with this pan. I’m a pretty big fan of cuisinart anyway but I go for stainless steel cookware 99% of the time. I wanted some to steam foods bc of the collapsible steamer is just a nuisance to clean and deal with. After searching a long while I decided to try this bc I love the green and thought it was a good size. It’s a great size for our bigger family. Holds 4 large chicken breasts. Plenty of broccoli and carrots (not at the same time as the chicken). And ample dumplings!!! Dumplings are so much better if they’re steamed and then fried separately (I swear!). You can easily put in a piece of parchment paper to keep things from sticking but with most meat and veggies it’s not necessary. I really love how easy it is to clean. Obviously the pan is simple but the steamer cleaned effortlessly whether you hand wash it or put it in the dishwasher. As for the pot, it’s a ceramic nonstick so if you go anything over medium heat then it’ll lost it’s no stick virtues. And handwash that only and don’t dare touch metal on it. Just in case you want to make it last. I will say the only downfall to this pot is the pour spouts BECAUSE I got this specifically for steaming the pour spouts let out a large amount of steam and allow for the bubbles to run out and over the pan. But then again if you want the pour spouts the. They’re a good design. I’ll also add that you can put in quite a bit of water to steam u see the steamer. It sets up off the pan about an inch. I can steam continuously for 30 minutes and there’s still a lot of water to keep going if need be. The lid fits flawlessly even with the steamer I sert (but obviously not the pour spouts. And it’s pretty heavy and absolutely durable through and through. I’ll eventually test other things in it but haven’t so far. I love the spatula. It has a nice long handle and is very durable. I hadn’t realized it fits to the lid but I also don’t need it to either.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing cookware! I have always loved Cuisinart, but this time they outdid themselves. This pan cooks everything and nothing sticks and it all comes out just clean as a whistle and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this product and I would love it if they came out with an entire cookware set just like this pot I would buy it in a heartbeat. I have had a lot of high-end cookware, including All Clad, Calphalon, Green Pan, etc., and none of it compares to this. If you’re on the fence, I say buy it. You will love it guaranteed.

It is a big pan, but the bottom fits perfect on a 8" electric burner. I thought it might be too big hanging off the burner but it fits perfect. The steamer insert fits the inside of the pan and will hold a lot of vegetables. It has stainless steel legs that sit up off the pan. Very sturdy pan, steamer, and lid. It also comes with a big heavy duty flipper, for hamburgers or pancakes. It's a do it all pan. I like cooking in one pan and this one works great for that. I made sausage, potatoes, and cabbage in it and it turned out great. I made one pot spaghetti in it. it holds a lot. It was on a flash deal and was such a great price too. Very easy to clean, nothing sticks cleanup is easy.

I love this high quality pan. You can use it in so many different cooking methods. I like the high slightly angled sides. Sometimes I use it instead of a frying pan, because the sides will better contain any spatter. It has a safe nonstick ceramic inner surface that is easy to clean. Even though it has a flat bottom, it is almost like a wok. I plan on using as that since I had to toss my unsafe teflon wok. It comes with a steaming basket. It is my Perfect Preferred Pan.
