The saute pan form is more useful to me than a frying pan, since the high wall is good for cooking larger batches, and for stir frying without spilling. The glass lid cooks food through faster by trapping more heat, which allows me to set the burner heat lower, which reduces food sticking. When something does stick to the pan, I soak it with a little baking soda and water, then gently rub it off. It does not feel any heavier than my GreenPan frying pan. The second little handle is occasionally handy. Perfluorocarbon forever chemicals have got nothing over this ceramic goodness.

Really like this pan. We like it better than a much more expensive brand we tried. It is easy to use and clean, and great for nonstick. There is some staining on the bottom of the pan, from our gas burners but that is to be expected with this light color.

My old Green Pan finally gave up the ghost. They all do after 2—3 years. I loved the pan and it served me well. The new Bobby Flay Edition is a great upgrade from my original pan. Easy on the budget compared to the competition. especially like the machined bottom — stays flat on my glass stove top and the silicone handle and large front grip handle are a big improvement. I am looking forward to many years of great service from my new Green Pan.
