At SeasonsCamping, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your order on time. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process.
Shipping Information
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (Monday – Saturday) before being dispatched.
Transit Time: Once shipped, deliveries usually take 1-6 business days (Monday – Saturday), depending on the destination and carrier.
Total Delivery Time: The estimated timeframe for receiving your order is 1-7 business days in total.
Shipping Cost: We offer a flat shipping rate, and all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Carriers: To ensure secure and timely delivery, we partner with USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services.
Please note:
1. The mentioned time frame applies only to orders shipped within the U.S. using standard shipping methods.
2. Delivery to military regions is currently limited, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time, this period is approximate and may vary for individual cases. Some items or orders may require additional processing or delivery time.
4. Please note that large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies do not apply to these orders.
5. Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Order Tracking?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once scanned into the system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.
If your package exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.
Incorrect Address?
Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
If you request forwarding or redirection from the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
