This is about the biggest pan you can reasonably use on the large burner of a standard 30 inch stove. If you plan to make pizza, get this one over a 12-inch cast iron pan. I lightly sanded the inside and seasoned - took about a half hour. Now it's super non-stick. Lots of videos online showing how to do this.
