I don't use a mixer a TON like an avid baker or anything. It's just me and my husband at home so I use this once or twice a week for keto style foods and desserts. We didn't have a need for anything heavy duty like a KitchenAid so coming across this smaller, more affordable mixer was nice. It works well for what we make. I have made desserts, breads, my own pasta noodles (keto), a hugh variety but in small batches because, again, it's just me and my husband. If you are using it for much more than that then I'd invest in something bigger but if you only using it for personal use in a small family then it's perfect.
