This toaster oven is less then 4 star, when it arrived, i took it out of the box, plugged it in and the heating elements did not get hot, it is very cheaply made and I would NOT recommend this Toaster oven it it was the last thing avail, save your money and purchase something nicer, the rack is connected to the oven so you cant take the rack out to clean it and the pan that it comes with is flimsy and cheap, not to mention the Sellers have very poor communication skills, took me almost 2 weeks to get any kind of results, stay away from this seller! they have no contact number to call and they only respond via email and sometimes you don’t hear back from them for days which is a huge RED FLAG! Buyer Beware

It’s small. I can’t make 4 pieces of toast at a time. Probably fine for a single person. Also doesn’t seem very substantial.

I like this toaster oven. It was a good price and arrived on time. However, the rack is not adjustable and the underside toasts quicker than the top as the heating element is closer to the bread.
