Best non-stick skillet I’ve had, and I’ve had a few! I’ve used it at least 30 times now, still looks brand new. Not heavy but cooks evenly, heats up quickly, and super easy to clean. Definitely worth a few extra bucks over the normal line, which are good but the Premier Ceramic line is that much better.

Really nice big frying pan with a clear lid which makes it even nicer. The non stick ceramic coating works fantastic. The pan is sturdy & well made. I’m very happy with this purchase.

After extensive research on different ceramic frying pans, I was feeling at a loss, as each one seemed to be false advertising, short lived, or ridiculously expensive. Then I found the Calphalon Premier pan. From the information on the company’s website and other customer reviews, it appeared that this pan was the best I’ve seen. And at $65, it would be well worthwhile, plus it is oven safe as well. So I ordered it, only to find that the box was punctured (likely due to a forklift) and the pan was bent out of shape. I promptly requested a return authorization and ordered another. The second pan arrived in perfect condition. Right away I knew that this was a quality item – heavy pan, smooth coating, fully closed cast handles, sturdy glass lid with precise stainless steel trim. So I tested it with the two foods that stick incredibly well to stainless steel pans – egg whites and tofu, and neither stuck to this ceramic pan at all. Calphalon did not disappoint. I’m thoroughly pleased with this purchase.

I bought this pan on sale. It’s replacing a pan I bought nearly 15 years ago. The old pan was also a Calphalon pan and it has lasted so long and is so durable that when replacing it I had to go with the same company. I actually still use it occasionally but I digress, so about the new pan. It is a magnificent work of art. This time I went with a ceramic pan. While the nonstick coating on the old pan held up so well, I wanted to try out the ceramic and so far I’m not disappointed. There is more weight to the new pan so it feels substantial. The ceramic coating is flawless so when you see comments about stuff dancing around in the pan, at least with the Calphalon, it’s no lie. The first time I used this pan I flipped stuff all over the stove. So beware.

Absolutely love this skillet! It is a great size with high sides. The helper handle is wonderful. Best nonstick skillet I have ever owned. Nothing sticks and it washes up so easily. The ceramic coating is holding up well without any issues.

Good sized pan, but not always even cooking on large burner. Induction can be picky that way … but otherwise, good quality cookware.

I have one of these myself and purchased one as a gift. Well worth the $. The non-stick works very well, it is durable and easy to clean. Love that it has a lid with it. Would recommend!
