These Rachel Ray Cucina ceramic nonstick frying pans are really great. I like the inner white ceramic in the pans. I also really like the teal colored outer pan that I chose. I can tell you that the ceramic is confirmed to be nonstick. I can make an egg sunny side up with almost no butter. My previous lower quality frying pans were never truly nonstick. Cleanup of these pans is also very easy using a minimal amount of liquid dish soap. Manual cleaning of them is preferred over dishwasher since it’s so easy and saves dishwasher space. I only use plastic utensils when cooking in these pans just to ensure the pans longevity. Lastly these pans did not come with lids but I have plenty of spare lids available from sauté pots that work just fine.

Great size for cooking large meals. Cleans with ease and I recommend this pan for its quality!
The 3 quart size is just right for two people. The pan is nice and light to handle.

These pans are AMAZING. You wouldn't even have to wash them (but I do) because you can simply wipe them with a paper towel. My son said the grilled cheese was the best one ever. Foods cooks faster too and the pans are very light weight which I am very happy with. As I age I have had to have my son put he cooked pasta out to drain due to the weight of my previous (Pampered Chef) cookware. I was hesitant to purchase new cookware but the coating was coming off my Pamper Chef so I chose these I a had only a few Rachael Ray items but liked them a lot. And these are very inexpensive in my opinion!
I have a whole set of these and just love them. I love the color and they work great!
