The weight, texture and color of this comforter is perfect for my needs. I searched multiple listings and sources before I found the one that was just right. Needed a dark teal, )not bright turquoise or green or blue), and this one nailed it. Also I was looking for a very light weight summer bed cover but didn't want a stretchy or loose weave fabric that would show every inconsistency in my linens underneath. It IS a lightweight quilt, so if you're looking for a winter blanket, this is not for you unless you plan to layer your bedding materials. The weight is a good thing if that's what you're looking for, so no stars removed for that. The texture is luxurious and soft and doesn't look cheap. I was willing to pay 3 times the price for the right quilt and was pleasantly surprised to find one at such a great price. It lays nicely on the bed without being too stiff or fluffy. Was creased when I received it. That should was out. My cat seems to approve. Love the wide satin trim too. Adds a nice finish to the whole effect. We'll see how it holds up to my cat and washing.

Perfect! Needed a new blanket that was cozy, soft and a good weight, but Not too heavy for deep South climates. I washed this blanket and used some scent beads, and had no problem with any adverse smell, as has been mentioned in other reviews. Color is a rich blue, and goes well with the print on my bedspread, as I had hoped. Really like the silky top trim, and it is a great size; on a queen bed, there is plenty to tuck in on the sides, which can be tricky, when a blanket is a full/queen. Easy to tuck in to the foot, as well, and have all you need to be comfortable, when sleeping. Would definitely order again; good quality for any bed in your home.
