Heats up quickly, no smoke, cooks fish, veggies, tofu, veggie burgers, shrimp. Cleanup is messy — have to use alot of wet and then dry paper towels especially after grilling Salmon because of the fat. I even toasted bread after our toaster broke. So happy with it except wish the grill plates came off for washing. But then the price would be higher.

It does not allow for the removal of the grill plates for cleaning. We knew that when we ordered it. Just have to be careful when cleaning. Works very well.
