I was on the fence about buying another meal prep tool, but am very happy I did. The Cuisinart Dicing Accessory makes it easy to evenly dice all kinds of vegetables (this morning I diced celery, peppers, carrots, onion, and cucumbers for a salad) quickly and easily. I did need to stop and clear the grid once, and found that using a chop stick instead of the provided tool was easier for me. It’s best to start with softer veggies and progress through harder (root) veggies because the successively harder veggies help clear out the grid and keep dicing.

Make sure you read the fine print. This didn’t work for my older style cuisinart. I missed that when I ordered it, so decoded to get the correct one. I guess having more than one processor can be handy at times. The one I got is very good. Lots of options for use. It also comes with 4 blades instead of the older style with 3. This things dices like crazy! It also has slicing and shredding blades. You jist turn them over to change from one to the other. The blades are EXTREMELY SHARP, care in handling is a must!
