Everything slides off, even eggs. Popped up on consumer reports so gave them a try. Clean up is easy and nothing sticks. Having the 2 sizes is very helpful and they are deeper than my hexclad so that is nice for sauces. They don't get as hot as my hex but are very comparable in quality and can't beat the cost.

Love these pans. I have arthritis in my hands, but they are light enough for me to handle with one hand. Sturdy and durable, even with the lighter weight. Safer than my Teflon professional skillets, which got donated. Clean up was a breeze. Food tastes better than on the Teflon. We didn't realize it, but we needed a lot less Extra virgin olive oil and canola oil when cooking with these skillets than when we cooked in our old pans. Great value for the two skillets. Would highly recommend these pans. If they are good enough for Bobby Flay, they are good enough for me!
Only had them for a few weeks, but I love them so far. Super non stick. Super easy to clean.
Great nonstick pans, however, scratch easily so be sure to only use silicone utensils for stirring, etc.
