The product arrived on time…the same day I ordered it. This item was easy to assemble. The instruction was clear and direct. It is made well and steady. The real test is when my family member begins to use it.

So much better than anything else. I’ve tried other chairs and benches but this one is a stand out. It’s rock solid. It easily jumps over the uneven floor levels while keeping the seat even and has all the adjustability that most anyone would need. I removed the back but it is included. Took my husband mere minutes to assemble.

After suffering a spinal cord injury as a teenager, I am now dealing with increased balance issues in my late 40’s with my recently developed spinal stenosis. I can once again feel secure in the shower with this bench.. I hope to remain independent in my elderly years and with products like this I feel like I will. I didn’t add the backrest as I don’t feel like I need it at this point yet. And the arm rest can be put in at either side depending on your bathroom set up. I also plan to cut my shower liner so it falls around the bench to keep the water in 100%. But so far so good, shower #1 with it felt more relaxing as I wasn’t anxious about having to balance on one leg to step in & out.
