I started feeding this to my dog about a year ago. He does great on it. His poop is perfect. I buy this size bag and feed him about 2 cups daily and it last us about one month. Highly recommend! 🙂

I’ve used this brand for decades. I love it because it has chicken as an ingredient and not tooo many weird Rice’s or other things. I have three dogs with allergies and this food doesn’t make them reactive. I wish amazon could just ship the bag of food, as the boxes they ship them in are too big for my recycling bin. But that’s my only complaint. I love subscribing and not having to think about when I will have time to buy more foods. Updated 4/5/2021 Because of COVID-19, I fell in hard times. When I went to get a food box from the church, they offered me a free bag of dog food. I was happy my dog could eat for a few months, until I got on my feet. Mind you he had been on nutro the entire time that I’d had him, up to this incidence. He went from pooping 1-2 times a day, to 5-6 times a day, demanding to be let out often. Now mind you I had been working 12 hour shifts, which never was a problem on nutro. Started noticing a pile of poo when I got home. I thought the free bag of food was decent, it had three types of meat as the first ingredient, and less then 5 types of rice, and corn was one of the last ingredients. But clearly it didn’t stack up. I don’t think I’ll ever take a free bag of food again unless it’s nutro. I didn’t realize how big of a difference a bag of dog food could make. Thank you for Nutro, for serving me and my pets for all these years.

My dogs love this food. I used to purchase the Purina weight management food because one of my dogs has a problem with his weight. But he was always hungry and wanted to eat more and more. I did some research and found this food. He will still try and eat a little bit more, but now seems content with what I feed him. Both dogs love meal time and my older pup has lost a few pounds. I think that is because of the better nutritional value. Another thing I love is I haven’t had over two cups of dog food crumbs in the bottom of the bag that I have to throw away. My dogs love this food and I hope that yours will too.
