I was REALLLY disappointed. I love the idea of the folding legs to make it easier to clean the nooks & crankies. But nothing clips into place so if you try to slide it over it collapses and if you hold it by the wrong spot when putting it away/pulling it out of the cabinet the legs will open/close & PINCH the crap out of you. Also, the drip pan does not clip in so when moving the griddle it’ll fall out & that thing has some weight to it so watch your toes. When the legs are folded in it’s nice and compact but the plug in can’t remain plugged in while folded so there’s nowhere to keep it. Also the heat is not REMOTELY even. I’d have spots that were burning while others weren’t even warm. The nonstick is top notch though. Some DEFINITE design flaws here.

My Presto griddle heats up quickly and with fairly even heat distribution. And the nonstick surface is very good. But… 1. The placement of the power cord, in the back of the griddle,is very stupid. You have to reach over a hot griddle to adjust the temperature and is hard to see. 2. The power cord is also stupidly short. 3. The folding legs are a nice feature but DO NOT lock into place when in use. Very unstable, so be careful. 4. The tilt feature is nice, too, for grease runoff. But the tilting “legs” are difficult to push into place and again DO NOT lock into place so again, be careful. 5. The grease collection tray DOES NOT lock into place, despite their claims here. So, for the third time, be careful. Other than these childish design flaws, it cooks well for me.

I used this griddle for pancakes, pancakes do not stick(that was my problem when making pancakes along with not being able to turn the pancakes without touching the other pancakes and the would burn using a pan on the stove. With is griddle you have control of the temperature stays even no overcooking pancakes. You do not have to use a spray on the griddle before using. It is not heavy easy to clean . Since the legs can be folded easy to store. Very happy with Presto 15″ griddle.

I popped this open to check if everything was okay. All was good due to good packaging. First, I was amazed by the lack of weight. But that’s not an indication of lack of substance. This has a very strong feel when the legs are extended. Very sturdy. After giving it a good wash, decided to give it a quick try with two eggs. Just the eggs and the skillet. It was successful. Then the real test. Saturday morning. Bacon, French Toast and eggs. All cooked perfectly with just a touch of butter for taste. Clean-up was with a dish cloth and a paper towel. And the folded up skillet fits perfectly in the drawer below the oven. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this device and would purchase it again.

This is the second griddle of this kind that I have bought. I dropped the last one and broke it. It was getting old and used alot so I was ready for a new one. I looked at others but there isn’t anything out there as good . I love how it folds up and I can place it in the cupboard with other cooking trays. My husband’s does alot of cooking too and he wanted me to buy the same as we had before.
