We used this large coffee pot in our softball concession stand during those chilly games, and it worked perfectly! It kept the water hot for hot chocolate. The size is great for serving a crowd without constant refilling. The only downside is that it takes a while to heat up due to its large capacity—but once it’s ready, it performs flawlessly. This 40 cup coffee maker works great. We use it at our church every Sunday and have had no problems with it. We do have hard water so we need to clean it with vinegar every few months. We have been using it for over 6 months and have had no problems with it. It is light weight and easy to clean. The coffee is good and it got knocked off the table once and it still works. We have had no problems with leakage at all and has stood up to weekly usage.
