This 40 cup coffee maker works great. We use it at our church every Sunday and have had no problems with it. We do have hard water so we need to clean it with vinegar every few months. We have been using it for over 6 months and have had no problems with it. It is light weight and easy to clean. The coffee is good and it got knocked off the table once and it still works. We have had no problems with leakage at all and has stood up to weekly usage.

The first time we used this at a meeting, the dispenser handle broke. I contacted the manufacturer and they send me a new more sturdy dispenser. Easy to use and can brew from 30-40 cups.
