Got as a Christmas gift from my mom n I was needing a good pillow bad. I'm a hot bodied person that gets hot at night n with this pillow so far i have not. I also have terrible headaches n a bad neck. From the 1st night I've used it, I've slept like a baby without waking up at night with this pillow. It's cooling, perfect thickness for my neck as I'm a side sleeper, memory foam goes back to normal when I get up in the morning n I sleep the BEST EVER I have in many years, NO headaches or neck aches. Best gift ever n I'm now looking to buy one for my husband. I definitely recommend this pillow. Love also it's got a zipper cover to wash. I put a pillow case on it also n give it extra protection. Love love love this pillow n it's my absolute favorite one.
