Got as a Christmas gift from my mom n I was needing a good pillow bad. I’m a hot bodied person that gets hot at night n with this pillow so far i have not. I also have terrible headaches n a bad neck. From the 1st night I’ve used it, I’ve slept like a baby without waking up at night with this pillow.
