Description
Features
- Camping doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. We made the Cloud Camp Bed as Stoic’s comfiest option for car camping, and it uses plenty of foam to offer all the cush you need to sleep soundly. Its soft, stretchy fabric has a TPU coating to protect from wet weather should you sleep outside the tent, and the bottom is reinforced to stay solid on rocky grounds. We also included a stuff sack to pack it as compact as possible.

Standout the best I have slept while out camping. Took it out for 7 nights into the Quetico and it was great. The only downside is that it is bulky – wrapped up larger than our tent. Fortunately it was small enough to fit into a large water proof bag with the other tents so it was only a minor inconvenience. I was able to double fold it to get it to fit into my checked luggage that was a plus. For the money vs its other 3-4″+ thick camping mattresses there is no comparison. Saved myself $200-$300 by going with this one instead. Super comfortable, self inflates just a little bulky, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

This Stoic pad is great. I am coming from a Static V air mattress that was much more compact but not nearly as comfortable. Since I am motorcycle/car camping the added bulk of the Stoic is not a big issue and well worth the additional comfort. As soon as I unpacked it I let it air up for 5 minutes and then finished it off with about 5 good breathes. The trick to real comfort is to inflate it as much as possible, lay on it and adjust out small amounts of air until you hit your sweet spot of comfort. It went back into the stuff sack with minimal effort. I watched a few you tube videos on these type of pads before purchase so the set up and take down was easy on first try. Only complaint is no instructions included and no inflation aid, but for the great price these shortcomings were no deal breaker. The breath work to finish inflation is probably good for me. Enjoy!

Sleeps great but is hard to get fully inflated since valve is wider than any portable pump I can find

Our backpacking sleep pads usually do dual duty for car-camping as well, but this trip we’d thought we would splurge on something a little wider and a little thicker. This pad totally did the trick! No more falling off the pad as you roll over and it’s quite comfortable. It’s a big pad even when rolled up (which was no problem- not sure why others had an issue with this) so be sure it fits in your tent (the two of ours barely fit our tent but we’re not gonna give ’em up ! haha). * note– this is NOT a backpacking pad! The price is right — easy to use and seems durable. Good stuff
