DTC –
These offer amazing support but they are pretty hard so the first couple of nights it might be a little bit hard to get used to, I think they soft and up slightly after a few days but when you first get them they feel as hard as a rock if you’re not used to something like this but you’re probably not going to find any other pillow that offers this type of support, if you got a pinched nerve or a disc hitting your spinal cord and you got a lot of neck pain you might want to consider something like this, I bought a medium and a large size and the medium was just about perfect,, the largest slightly too big but I was kind of expecting that, I bought the medium size one to sleep with and the large one to use during the day like if I want to watch TV and prop my head up a little bit or something, it’s a little higher off the bed, but once you get used to it is very comfortable, it may be a little bit expensive for the pillow but it’s a really good value for the money when you think about the amount of support and hopefully pain relief you might get from it, I can’t sleep on a regular pillow anymore because my neck hurts like you wouldn’t believe but this allows me to get a good night’s sleep and not be in pain all night,

I’ve had this Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow for months and it’s been an absolute necessity for my sleep quality! After struggling with regular pillows that left me with morning neck pain, this oddly shaped pillow has solved all my problems. The memory foam contours perfectly to support my head and neck in just the right position—firm enough for proper alignment but still comfortable enough to feel luxurious. Yes, it’s definitely more expensive than a standard pillow, but considering how much time we spend sleeping, it’s absolutely worth the investment. The ergonomic design might look a bit unusual at first, but the function completely justifies the form. My cervical stenosis was flaring up earlier this year after I did some exercises improperly (bad posture). I was doing my PT exercises when my doctor suggested I try this pillow out. I purchased it and another pillow because after reading the reviews this pillow is good for neck pain but is really hard. I gave it a try and after a few weeks of using good posture while exercising and sleeping on this pillow my neck felt better. The pillow is designed well but it has one flaw it is hard and became uncomfortable to sleep on when my neck was feeling better. I switched to another pillow designed to keep my head in the proper position while sleeping because it was comfortable; yet, I still use this pillow when I experience some neck pain during the day. I like it but it would be nice if it wasn’t so hard. I would have given it 5 stars but I dropped a star for comfort. If asked does it work, I would say it worked for me.

My wife and I had to get two each. We have a place upstate NY we needed the other set for. They are firm and ergonomic so one never wakes up with a sore neck. Honestly they do seem to be too firm every night I go to lay down but in the morning I never regret having them.

Best neck pillow around and you can’t beat the price. Wife has had one for many years and needed a second to put in our RV. Price was best on Amazon than Brookstone where we bought the first one.
