Definitely is powerful and intense it’s strong the size gives intensity and a good stretch I have the other iterations of this yoga wheel but this one adds powerful vibration while elongating your spine. It has good width and back support with the spinal channel for your vertebrae to be supported in.

Has a few different levels of vibration to offer and holds a charge for a long time. It is a little loud, but we don’t mind since it feels so nice on your back.
