I recently used this tent for primitive camping in my truck on the Texas coast. I was on the beach for five days and, out of all that time, there were probably only six hours without wind. On my last night, I ended up having to sleep in my truck because of the sustained 30mph winds with 40mph + gusts literally rocking my full size truck. I had this tent in my truck bed and a metal-frame pop-up canopy anchored down to the ground at the back of my truck. The wind completely destroyed the canopy, but the tent held up no problem. The side of the tent bowed in with the wind, but all tents do that. Otherwise, the tent stayed in place and did not rip or really even move around in my truck at all. That tent got whipped by gale force winds for 8 hours straight and handled it just fine. The instructions for set up are confusing as the color coding doesn’t match from one step in the instructions to the next. Also, there should be a sewn hole in the pouches for *both* diagonal cross poles for the roof so that the short front-to-back pole can go through the holes instead of over the top. Other than that, this tent wins the prize for holding up in ridiculous wind! The much more expensive canopy was destroyed, but the tent still looks brand new!

This tint was awesome. It has a vent in the top and a net to put something like a fan in it to circulate air. I used this to camp over night on the beach and I loved it. My truck is a 2009 f150 with the 6ft bed. I totally recommend this. Key points I like, value for the money, ventilation, wind resistance, and it covers from light rain. Awesome product.

Fits in the back of my tacoma great, and holds up to windy days pretty well. I do seem to get a fair bit of condensation (and frost!) inside, which is unfortunate, but nothing I can’t handle. Haven’t tested the waterproof of it because I just haven’t been out in the rain yet. I had one small tear form on one of the reinforced slots for the center pole, but the reinforced stitches have stopped it from spreading and it’s not a hole all the way through to the interior. The zippers have held up so far, and I love how small and lightweight it packs down into the truck. It’s roomy, tall, and fits my blow up mattress with ease. I’ve taken it out a couple times now, and I can set it up and take it down solo.

Nice tent. It’s roomy. I am 5’11” and I had to tilt my head down to stand up straight. The instructions were sewn into the bag , but the pictures weren’t correct. It has the grey pole and green pole mixed up. It’s super tight. Tight to the point I thought I was going to rip the fabric or snap the poles. Haven’t used it yet but it looks like it’s going to be perfect for my needs.

Absolutely love this tent. Since the purchase, we have gone camping 3 weekends in a row. It is super easy to set up and it is even easier to take down. It fits perfectly back in the bag. I can’t truly speak to if it is waterproof or not, but we had a very dewy morning and the tent inside stayed dry. I would recommend this product to anyone. Great quality for the price. The only thing that wasn’t perfect were the instructions. They were backwards with the color of the poles. The gray poles go across the top and the green goes in the door. The instructions had those reversed. It was easy to figure it out by looking at the photos of the tent online and using common sense. Bottom line: BUY IT!!!!!!
