My old processor which was purchased some time in the 90s needed replacement, and I kept putting it off for one reason or another. The main reason I think was that I thought I needed one of those high priced machines from another maker and wouldn’t even look at KitchenAid. During KitchenAid’s holiday promotion, I took a close look and then grabbed a coupon for additional savings and bought this 9 cup model and I absolutely loved it. The fact that everything stores inside it was a large part of the attraction and it’s quiet operation is absolutely shocking after all those years of using my old loud thing. Thanks KitchenAid!

This may be the best kitchen machine ever made!! I had to replace my old one because the motor burned out! (Operator error- my daughter has already been scolded!!) use it for so much but especially to make my Pesto which has been wowing people for a long time! Now, I am impressing a young lady with my prowess!!…don’t tell her how easy it is to make Peato please!!

This is my second KitchenAid food processor. The best upgrade is using a metal “flip lock” system to seal the lid, instead of a screw-on type system. It always seems like the screw-on type systems are hard to align properly, and are also hard to open or close, especially if you have small hands. The new “flip lock” is easy to use and there is no risk of cross-threading or breaking the plastic. I love this new food processor!

The speed, flexibility, ease of use and oh… it is so quiet! My new go-to appliance. My Kitchen Aid chopper, blender, and older food processor are getting jealous. I love that the unit can be self contained with all the parts fitting conveniently inside. I also enjoy that the lid is not a snap in place – I think this design will last longer. Great footprint for smaller kitchens.

It’s great! I had a huge Cuisinart and I’m moving to a very small place. This is perfect! And I love how all the blades go inside. I couldn’t be happier.
